Michelle Smalls is known to many in the community as the “Queen of Harlem”. She earned that title through her perseverance and passion for improving the lives of and giving back to those in her community.

Ms. Smalls is a woman of many titles. Philanthropist, amazon best-selling author (The Queen of Harlem Commandments) that includes a merchandise line, successful entrepreneur, investment property owner and real estate broker are a few of her titles. She’s acquired and used these positions for over a decade to become an impactful leader with a high priority in improving the lives of the youth population in her community.

At Queen of Harlem Basketball Tournament Ballin Up N Harlem our goal is to protect children and eliminate gun violence. We offer a healthy and secure atmosphere where students can develop their basketball skills, gain confidence in their athletic ability, and relish the companionship of their teammates, coaches, and fellow winners.
Creating Safe Havens for Parents & Children in Harlem Our Community.
Our Vision
To organize a supportive basketball competition that encourages community, teamwork, and acceptance of opposition. Our children will learn social and emotional competencies that may help them succeed in life. We shall stand for excellence, optimism, and sound application of the fundamentals of basketball.
